I have worked with Jeremiah both as a designer of projects and as a coordinator for all sizes of residential and commercial construction projects.
Jeremiah is a thoughtful consultant for design phase work, considering both aesthetics and budget as well as long term benefits for our clients. I have found Jeremiah’s understanding of the building code to be extremely beneficial on many projects both at the early design phase and during construction. Jeremiah has also made sure to keep up on current lighting components and is frequently a good source for consultation during the period for choosing and purchasing finish fixtures.
Jeremiah and his staff are very reliable during the initial construction planning and construction phase - Always showing up on time and often exceeding my expectations for the amount of work that was scheduled.
Jeremiah runs a clean and considerate crew and is consistently thoughtful of other sub-contractors space as well as the needs of our clients. After many years of working with Jeremiah on many projects I have never had a client complain about him, his crew or his work.

Jeremiah and the Theos crew did the electrical work on a major remodel of my home. In addition to electrical upgrades in each room and on the exterior, it involved a completely new kitchen, a new room addition, and installation of a new standby generator (Generac).
They met every challenge with the highest skill level and efficiency, smiling all the while. I especially appreciated their willingness to provide me with all the options, the pros and cons, and price implications of each. They know the latest technology, products, code, and energy specifications and take great pride in translating this into the best solutions. They make sure the customer is happy and take the important steps to educate the customer on the installation, operation, and maintenance.

The other contractors were never delayed waiting for electrical work to be done. Theos was on time and on budget.

Jeremiah Theos is our preferred electrician. We have had him do numerous projects at our home and our business (Spring Hill Pharmacy). He has helped us remove safety risks by updating old wiring in a rental house. He has done outdoor lighting projects at home and at work. He has installed new plugs and lights in our home. He has properly grounded and set up an improved electric box for our pool pump. He has added ground fault circuits to existing wiring. We have had him troubleshoot problem wiring. He has replaced the main electric boxes when necessary. He rerouted circuits and set up and installed a generator. In every instance above he has been pleasant to work with. He listens and explains very well. He has also been prompt and completed the projects in a timely way for reasonable prices. We highly recommend him.

My experience with Theos Electric could not have been better. Upon visiting the installation site and discussing possibilities, I benefited from advice sufficient for me to think critically about my needs and my situation, resulting ultimately in my rejection of Theos’ bid as I realized that this was the wrong approach to my needs. I begged Theos Electric to bill me for the hours spent on my behalf, but they wouldn’t hear of it.
